Ten-man Roma fought back from behind to earn a point after a 1-1 draw with Udinese at the Stadio Olimpico this afternoon.

Felipe put the visitors ahead in the 54th minute, but substitute Mirko Vucinic replied seven minutes later to level the score.

Roma shot themselves on the foot after Daniele De Rossi was sent off in the 68th minute after a second bookable offence.

The Eternal City outfit did their best to claim a winner but Udinese defended deeply as the Giallorossi failed to move above Fiorentina into fourth position.

The outcome marked Roma’s second consecutive draw after last weekend4s 3-3 result at Inter Milan and leaves the Giallorossi one point behind Fiorentina, who host Palermo tomorrow.
