Chelsea vs Fenerbahce Highlights: UEFA Champions League First Leg Highlights

Chelsea looked in control of the fixture for the first 60 minutes. They gained an early lead from Deivid’s own goal from Florent Malouda’s cross after just 13 minutes. But they failed to capitalize on the lead and conceded a defeat in turkey.

Colin Kazim-Richards was brought in 54th minute and after just ten minutes former Sheffield United striker leveled things for Fenerbahce. After this the home side was lifted and was trying to sneak in a secong goal, meanwhile Chelsea hardly bothered Fener keeper Volkan.

Making hi amends for his earlier mistake Deivid’s scored the winner with a scintillating 35 yard strike which left Carlo Cudicini clutching at thin air.

Now things will head to Stamford bridge. Fenerbahce carry a slight advantage and Chelsea need to raise their game in the return fixture.
