Manchester City produced a second-half fightback to beat Tottenham 2-1 at Eastlands and claim their first win in four Barclays Premier League matches. Tottenham were leading 1-0 at end of fist half from a Robbie keane goal.

City began where they left off before the interval and enjoyed the possession. With the pressuring building up Man city finally scored the equalizer at 59th minute through a strike from Ireland. Vassell was brought in for Ireland and he won a corner. Elano took it and his outswinger was met by Onuoha who outjumped the static Chimbonda and scored the winner
